OUR STORY

How We Came to Be

After spending over 15 years in the education sector, we’ve seen firsthand how students fall behind — not because of their potential, but becauseof a lack of support.

In schools, nearly 40% of students struggle with STEM subjects, but budget constraints limit tutoring resources. This burden often shifts to families, where finding a trustworthy, affordable tutor is almost impossible.

We created Chippy to solve this — a friendly AI-powered companion who lives in your home or classroom and delivers real 1:1 help, guidance, and encouragement to every child.

This company was born out of passion, frustration, and a deep belief that no student should fall behind because of circumstances beyond their control.

15+ years in education, 10 years in entrepreneurship, and 6+ years in AI & robotics. Rauf studied Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and earned a certificate in Machine Learning from Stanford.
